Syntropy Energetics is a system of integrating the body, mind, and spirit to achieve greater states of harmony with one’s self, with others and with nature.  Incorporating aspects of martial arts, yoga, physical therapy, massage, energy healing, qi gong, and meditation, Syntropy Energetics classes are designed to restore, maintain and enhance health and wellness. Darin Stahl invites you to learn, heal, and grow through experiencing these ancient wisdom traditions in action.

Dhanda Yoga

Dhanda is the Sanskrit word for staff or stick, yoga meaning to unite.

In Dhanda yoga, the practitioner strives to make the staff an extension of their body, as it aids in various yogic postures and movements.  Acting as a fulcrum, lever, and guide the staff offers a unique perspective on martial arts, movement, stretching, strength training, energy development, meditation and over all wellness.

Dhanda Yoga is a fun and challenging system that can be used at any age to improve your well-being.

About the instructor: Darin has been in the field of bodywork most of his life, he was trained in Osteopathic manipulation at and early age by his father and licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio as a massage therapist in 2007.  Since then, Darin has studied many healing arts, including osteopathic manipulation, massage, physical therapy, craniosacral, yoga, subtle energy healing, qi gong, and meditation. Martial arts has been a constant in Darin’s life for over 30 years. His expertise includes: Bando, Kali, Silat, Muay Thai, and Kenpo Karate.  Darin holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Bando, co-authored the first Dhanda Yoga book and served as Director of the Dhanda Yoga System for the American Bando Association. Darin has merged his life studies of healing modalities and martial movements into what he calls Syntropy Energetics.
